Here we are again after a lovely holiday with my family! It's back to reality wuth a bump....to put it mildly! Day one ....crap! It's been crap weather...no fish! From what I can gather,  two boats towing a big, big trawl at night are way up north for the time of year (west of dingle),which could mean a shorter season for us. What with the weather like it is up here. Being on the edge of the continental shelf you get big, big sea up here, it is totally different to the Bay of Biscay. To far for an old man in an old boat!
