Cornish Tuna Blog

That's it - second trip over! North east wind 3 to 4. Fishing slack! We had a few fish in the morning and then a chew up in the evening, finishing up with 34 Cornish tuna, for another marvelous day in Biscay. Ben was the highlight of the day, when we had a tuna and he was totally oblivious to the line flying of the reel. I think we left the fish back in Spain and got back it's teeth, good job we tied lines on reels! We will be landing on Newlyn market this Friday morning, if anyone wants to come and see us land our fish at about 4.30am by the market. We will be taking supplies for going back to sea on Sunday.
